YES,Steve Jobs as in Steve Jobs,the Apple co-founder and former CEO, lost his battle with Pancreatic cancer on 05/10/11.My condolences go out to his family who were by his side during his time of death.

1.Steve is known for his passion for innovation,which lead him to co-invent the world's first personal computer,the Apple II.

2.Steve resigned from his position at Apple inc in 1985 due to a number of disagreements with the board members,which lead to a power struggle.He went on to create NeXT,which was bought by Apple in 1996.Steve then rejoined Apple inc and served as the CEO of Apple inc until August 2011.

3.Steve became CEO of Pixar in 1986,when he bought the company from George Lucas.Disney bought Pixar in 2006 for $7.4 billion,Steve became a member of the board and a major (individual) shareholder.

My thoughts:

I have been a fan of Apple since I discovered the Apple logo puzzle game, Baileys Book house and Millies Math house,which I loved.Well I was 6/7 years old,so aesthetically pleasing graphics and a software package which included talking animals worked it's magic on me.

Honestly,I admire Steve Jobs for creating such an amazing brand. Due to this he will be known as a legend for many generations to come,as his passion for technology made the world a better place.
